The Human Potential Summit is where employers, career-connected educators and innovators come together to build the future of work and learning for all.

In 2024, we convened a community of nearly 600 participants, including 170+ speakers, across more than 50 sessions exploring topics like empowering the workforce via career-connected education, apprenticeships & work-based learning, and talent & retention. Our goal is to advance a movement to approach talent differently.
